Today, we’ll be trading with the reigning champion Denver Nuggets.
We just gave up a lot of stuff for Michael Porter Jr. and Bruce Brown, but I think it will be worth it. This is our team now:

We get 48 wins again, which is just good enough to keep us out of the play-in tournament. We had the 11th best offense, which is our worst mark by far since I began doing these sims, and our defense, while not as disastrous as some of our defenses, still wasn’t very good, the Sixers finishing 17th in points allowed. After adding MPJ to our core, that number could have definitely been much worse.
In the playoffs, we manage to beat the third seeded Raptors in six games in the first round, and we go up 2-0 against Tyrese Haliburton and the Pacers before choking away four in a row. Another year, another disappointing second-round exit. The Warriors beat the Celtics in a rematch of last year’s Finals, too, solidifying Stephen Curry as the best player of this generation.
