Today, we’ll be trading with the Orlando Magic. Though they’re a team that knows how bad they are, they don’t have a lot of interesting players we can realistically trade for. This is the trade I end up settling on:

This would have been a great trade four years ago. Today, no.
This is what the team looks like at the start of next season:

The players we traded for suck but everybody else popped, so this could be interesting.
This is our season results:

Melton tearing his ACL sucks, but we still had our best record since starting these sims. We finished with the best offense and the tenth best defense. Hopefully, we don’t screw this up.
We beat the Hornets in five in the first round before taking down Indiana in a hard-fought seven-game series and then beating Boston in five. No matter what happens in the Finals, this trade was a success, but we aren’t playing the Grizzlies or Lakers, so we have no excuse.
Tyrese Maxey made a game-winning three-point play at the buzzer in a 95-92 win over the Kings during game 1 of the finals.

Did I mention I love Maxey?
We blow out Sacramento in Game 2 as Embiid leads us with 33 and 9.
We beat Sacramento again in Game 3. Since Glenn Rivers isn’t coaching us, I believe this championship is all but locked up.
We complete the sweep with a Game 4 victory as Embiid gets 20 points, 12 rebounds, and 4 blocks, and this AU version of Harden who isn’t a baby triple doubles with 16 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Perfection. Absolute perfection. This is how we get it done in Philly. And all it took was 21 different trades. I’m not sure if trading our Harris and House for Orlando’s Harris and the corpse of Jonathan Isaac is a good idea, but at this point, I can’t argue with it. Morey, get the Magic GM on the phone today!
