Nearly a year ago, we released the full version of our college football coaching simulation game, Armchair Coach: College Football, and it has done fairly well, still getting a couple of downloads every week. Here are our last year of stats:
As you can see, there was a big spike around the time the last major version of the game released on December 22, 2024, and a smaller but still significant spike seven months later. With how bad itch.io is at promoting its games, this is to be expected, but College Football Coach Online, the smaller, browser-based version of ACCFB, has continued bringing in new players and impressing enough of them to keep ACCFB’s viewership and downloads steady. There likely won’t be future games in the Armchair Coach series, but if you want something in a similar vein to play, try Baseball Manager Online, which has been added in addition to a sample roster file to our games page.
